Service Description

Is your child finding the transition back to school difficult after lockdown? Are you seeing changes in their behaviour or increased levels of anxiety or heightened emotions in general? With so much change due to Covid-19, it is not surprising, and like all of us, children need an avenue to process these changes in a fun and engaging way. Let me help your child express themselves, develop a language around their feelings and some tools to use in their daily life. This is a 4 week program to help children aged 7-9, name their feelings and uncover the challenges they may be facing and develop tools or strategies using action and role play, as they adjust to all the new school restrictions and requirements due to Covid-19. There is a maximum of 5 participants at this time, and all social distancing and hygiene practices will be in place to ensure the safety for all involved. Location is in the Macedon Ranges. Contact me for more information as to when I am running the next workshop. Or if you have a group of children who are ready to go, then I can set up dates specifically for your group.
